It is on the ground floor, under the owners’ flat, and it consists of three rooms. It has a view of the road and front garden. In the first room there is a kitchenette, dining table, TV, armchair and settee. From this room you enter the bedroom with double-bed, children’s room with bunk beds and bathroom with spacious shower unit and WC. There is also access to the front garden, where there is a small seating area for you to drink your coffee.
